About this course

In this online course you'll get to learn how to use The Audience Journey model to get insights on your audience's content needs. The Audience Journey is based on the Hero's Journey, a story structure framework that is used in filmmaking to keep the attention of the audience during the whole movie. And that is exactly what we want with our content: create the right content at the right moment to gain and retain your audience’s attention.
